To celebrate a wonderful Wife, Mum, Abuelita (nan) and Great Abuelita (great Nan) Carmen Poy-Penela. My Abuelita loved to help others especially by feeding them with her passion for cooking. She will be sadly missed by everyone she knew and met, she was a woman of grace and stubbornness. We will miss her dearly but we know she is at peace with her loving Husband our Abuelito.
